Our Story

Built between the Santa Rosa Sound and Pensacola Bay

We live where we work. The same sun and salt that test your slab test ours — which is exactly why we over-prepare every surface we coat.

Who We Are

Local Roots. Decades of Experience.

Shoreline Coatings is a locally owned and family-operated business proudly serving our Gulf Coast community. While our company is local, the experience behind our work runs deep.

With more than 40 years of experience in industrial coatings, Paul brings an extensive knowledge of coatings, surface preparation, and proper application to every project. For the past six years, he has specialized in decorative concrete coatings, completing 900+ installations on garages, patios, pool decks, walkways, commercial spaces, and more.

We understand the unique demands of our coastal environment—from heat and humidity to salt and moisture—and we believe a beautiful floor should be built to handle it.

When you choose Shoreline, you’re working directly with a local family that takes pride in the craftsmanship behind every floor.

Reviews From Down the Road

Our pool deck went from cracked and blinding hot to something that looks like a resort. Barefoot-friendly even in August.
Marissa D.Gulf Breeze, FL
The prep work was the difference. They ground everything down, fixed the spalling, and two summers later the garage still looks brand new.
Rob & Ken T.Pensacola, FL
Crew showed up when they said, cleaned up better than they found it, and the Florida room floor wipes clean with a mop.
Angela P.Navarre, FL
We manage several rentals. Shoreline scheduled around turnovers and delivered every deck on time. Easy referral for us.

Good Questions

Frequently Asked

The coatings should last 20+ years, if not longer, with proper maintenance and average use.

Most residential projects are a one- or two-day install. Light foot traffic is usually fine the next morning; vehicle traffic after about 72 hours.

Yes. We tune texture with graded aggregate or broadcast media so the deck stays grippy when wet without being harsh on bare feet.

Epoxy is a strong base layer but is not UV-stable on its own. Polyaspartic and polyurea cure fast, stay color-stable in sunlight and flex with the slab — which is why our coastal systems finish with them.

We do. Multi-unit, HOA common areas and repeat commercial work are quoted at volume rates with scheduling around your operating hours.

We serve Baldwin County, Santa Rosa County, Escambia County and Okaloosa County, from Gulf Shores to Destin. If you are just outside that range, call us — we travel for the right project.
