Concealed damage, moisture issues, failed prior coatings, structural movement, access limits, or scope changes may require a revised price, timeline, or recommendation.

Scheduling and Site Conditions

Installation timing can be affected by weather, material availability, surface moisture, site access, and other conditions outside our control. Customers are responsible for providing safe access to the work area, removing belongings unless otherwise agreed, securing pets, and notifying us of known hazards, leaks, moisture concerns, drainage issues, or prior coating failures.

Colors, Samples, and Photography

Images on this site include representative examples of coating finishes. Actual color, flake blend, sheen, and texture vary with lighting, slab condition, screen settings, and selected materials. Please ask for a physical sample before making a final selection when color matching is important.

Care and Warranty

Warranty coverage depends on the coating system selected and the written warranty provided for your project. Warranty coverage typically excludes structural slab movement, hydrostatic pressure, damage from impact, misuse, harsh chemicals, improper maintenance, unauthorized repairs, and conditions outside the installed coating system. Follow the care instructions provided after installation to preserve the finish.
