Process & Pricing

What actually happens on your slab

No fixed price list — because no two Gulf Coast slabs are the same. Here is exactly how we work and what moves the number.

1

Free On-Site Estimate

We measure, test moisture, review color options and give you a firm written number — no pressure, no guesswork.

2

Diamond Grinding & Repair

Dust-contained grinding opens the concrete profile. Cracks, spalls and joints are repaired before a drop of coating goes down.

3

Multi-Coat Application

Base coat, full flake broadcast, then a UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat squeegeed to a consistent finish.

4

Cure, Walkthrough & Warranty

Most surfaces take light foot traffic the next day. We walk the job with you and register your written warranty.

Cost Drivers

What affects your quote

Square footage

Bigger slabs cost less per square foot — mobilization is a fixed part of every job.

Prep condition

Spalling, old adhesive, failed coatings and deep cracks all add grinding and repair time.

Coating system

Solid color, full flake broadcast and slip-rated commercial builds sit at different price points.

Moisture

Slab-on-grade near the water sometimes needs vapor mitigation before anything else goes down.

Detail work

Coved edges, stair nosings, borders and line striping are labor, not material.

Access & timing

Night or weekend commercial windows and tight-access properties shift the schedule and the number.

Good Questions

Frequently Asked

The coatings should last 20+ years, if not longer, with proper maintenance and average use.

Most residential projects are a one- or two-day install. Light foot traffic is usually fine the next morning; vehicle traffic after about 72 hours.

Yes. We tune texture with graded aggregate or broadcast media so the deck stays grippy when wet without being harsh on bare feet.

Epoxy is a strong base layer but is not UV-stable on its own. Polyaspartic and polyurea cure fast, stay color-stable in sunlight and flex with the slab — which is why our coastal systems finish with them.

We do. Multi-unit, HOA common areas and repeat commercial work are quoted at volume rates with scheduling around your operating hours.

We serve Baldwin County, Santa Rosa County, Escambia County and Okaloosa County, from Gulf Shores to Destin. If you are just outside that range, call us — we travel for the right project.
